The Breathable Home is a trusted leader in energy efficiency, specializing in insulation, heat pumps, ventilation, energy auditing, and moisture management. We’re hiring a Crew Leader to join our team. Someone with leadership experience, confidence, versatility, and strong communication skills who’s ready to grow in to an expert in our field.
Current Position Opening: Crew Leader, Augusta, Maine
This position is hands-on, focused on making Maine homes more energy efficient. You’ll work directly with clients, maintain clean and safe job sites, and lead a crew of 1-2 team members.
We offer full training in our trade. Most important is finding the right person—someone who takes pride in their work, leads with respect, and wants to be part of a team doing meaningful work for Maine families.

What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience (in any field)
- Strong communication skills and self-confidence
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driver record
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and tight spaces
- Willingness to learn – we’ll train you
- Overtime availability may be required
