This is our 2nd high performance building envelope improvement project we have completed with Bo, Nadine and the Crew. Excellent communicators, know how to work on a remodeling company’s production schedule, tidy, skilled and experienced workers that have an excellent attitude and demeanor.

They came out were easy to talk to and walked me through the process. The final product looks great.

Drew and his team at the Breathable Home are a breath of fresh air in the very tricky business of winterizing old Maine homes in a sustainable fashion. We have had extensive dealings with a half-a-dozen companies in this line of business and The Breathable Home is the only one that takes a comprehensive view without charging a fortune.

Rob C.

I was very Happy working with The Breathable Home on my new construction. They insulated, installed Heat Pumps and and air exchange system. The inspector from Efficiency Maine said “This is the best heat pump installation I have EVER seen!” As a new home owner, this was great to hear. I highly recommend The Breathable home.

Jon M.

My experience with this company has been exceptional. The house is an envelope design that had not been maintained by any of the previous homeowners. The insulation was no longer good and after an incorrect insulation job by another company Tom was able to correct the problem.

Christina R.

The Breathable Home is one of the best subs that I’ve used in building any home. Their prices were very competitive but the care and thought that the installers used went above and beyond anything I had a reasonable expectation of receiving. The installers were experienced, knowledgeable and personally engaging.
